Knowledge base Troubleshooting

Can't sign in

Start by matching your situation below — sign-in problems here almost always fall into one of four.

Your organization requires SSO. If your workplace has turned on "Require SSO," passwords and passkeys are deliberately switched off for members. Use the SSO page linked from the login screen: enter your work email and you'll be handed to your company's identity provider — Okta, Microsoft, Google, or similar. If that provider rejects you, the fix is on your workplace's side; your IT admin or office manager can sort out your access there. Organization admins are exempt from the requirement and can always sign in the ordinary way.

You have a passkey. If you set one up under Settings → Security, "Sign in with a passkey" on the login page is the fastest path and sidesteps password trouble entirely.

You forgot your password. The "Forgot your password?" link issues a reset — but a candid caveat: our email delivery is still being set up, so the reset message may not arrive yet. If it doesn't, there are working alternatives. When you belong to an organization, your admin can send you a fresh setup link (rosters imported by CSV generate these on the spot) or simply share the organization's invite link, which lets you establish access again. If you're an individual learner and the reset email never lands, contact support and we'll get you back in.

You never had a password. People provisioned by an identity provider or HR platform sign in through SSO and may have no password at all — that's normal. Use the SSO page. If your organization uses provisioning without SSO, ask your admin for a setup link.

Your progress is never at risk in any of these cases — chapters watched, quizzes passed, and certificates all live with your account, however you get back into it.
