For teams · seats for your whole staff

Get your whole office trained — and prove it.

Every person on your staff works through the same eight short video chapters, passes the same quizzes, and earns their own Certificate of Completion. You see who has finished, who is stalled, and you can export the records when someone asks for them.

Set up your team

There's no sales call and nothing to book — the course itself is the demo.

Drawn from primary sources: HHS.gov 45 CFR 160–164 NIST SP 800-66

For the person running training

Assign it once and the tracking takes care of itself.

Invite with a link

Share one invite link and your staff join your organization as they sign up — no spreadsheets of accounts to create by hand.

A dashboard that stays current

The admin dashboard shows every member's chapter progress, quiz results, and certificate status in one place.

Records ready for an audit

Download a CSV of who trained, when they passed, and their certificate numbers — the documentation reviewers actually ask for.

The policy stays yours

Decide whether completed videos can be re-watched — quiz and exam retakes are always available to every learner.

Sign in with what you already run

Connect Okta, Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, or any SAML or OpenID Connect provider, and staff who authenticate there join your organization on their own. SCIM provisioning keeps the roster synced with your HR platform, and a CSV import covers the ones that don't speak it.

Setup guides for all of it live in the knowledge base.

How seats work

One yearly invoice covers the whole office.

Seats bill annually per person at one rate set by your total size: $25 a seat up to 150 people, $20 a seat once you pass 150, and $15 once you pass 250 — an organization of 200 pays $20 for every seat. Create your organization, buy the seats you need, and share one invite link with your staff; each seat covers that person's course, certificate, and the retraining year when it comes due.
