The video replay policy
Organizations decide one training policy themselves: whether members can re-watch chapter videos after completing them. The switch lives under Settings → Organization, labeled "Allow video replays," and it applies to your whole organization at once.
With replays on — the default — a member can reopen any completed chapter and watch again, which suits teams that treat the course as a reference. With replays off, a completed chapter's page tells the member the video is done and can't be re-watched, which some organizations prefer so that annual retraining feels like a fresh pass rather than a skim of familiar material.
Whichever you choose, three things never change. The written transcript stays available on every chapter page, so the material itself is always reachable. Quiz and exam retakes are always available to every learner — the policy governs video playback only. And individual learners outside any organization always have replays; this is strictly an organization setting.
The switch takes effect immediately and you can change it whenever you like — it isn't locked in at signup, and flipping it doesn't disturb anyone's progress.
