Subscribing as an individual

Individual learners subscribe for $25 a year. The subscribe button on your dashboard takes you through a Stripe checkout, and enrollment completes the moment payment does. The year covers everything — all eight chapters, the quizzes, unlimited retakes, the final exam, and your Certificate of Completion with its PDF download.

The subscription renews annually, and that's by design rather than a billing convenience: HIPAA training is generally repeated every year, so your renewal pays for the retraining cycle that comes due around the same time. When your certificate approaches its expiry date, the dashboard prompts you to start retraining; as long as your subscription is active, the new cycle starts with one click and ends in a fresh certificate. Receipts come from Stripe at the email you pay with, and the "manage billing" link on your dashboard opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can update your card, view invoices, or cancel. If you cancel or a payment fails, your training records and certificates stay right where they are — the course itself locks until you renew, but nothing you've earned is ever taken away.

If your employer later sets up an organization, joining it with your existing account keeps everything you've done, and once their seat plan covers you, your own subscription becomes unnecessary — cancel it in the billing portal. For staff purchases, the team plan gets volume pricing, one invoice, and the admin dashboard with audit exports.
