Team seats and pricing

Teams pay annually per seat, at one rate set by your organization's total size: $25 a seat for organizations up to 150 people, $20 a seat once you pass 150, and $15 a seat once you pass 250. The rate applies to every seat, not just the ones past the threshold — an organization of 200 pays $20 for each of its 200 seats, and one invoice covers the whole staff.

Seats are the first thing a new organization buys: until a plan is active, an organization has no seats, and invite links, roster imports, and identity-provider provisioning will all turn people away. Each seat covers one person's course, certificate, and their retraining year when it comes due.

Billing lives under Settings → Organization in the Billing section. That's where you choose your seat count (up to 500) and check out — payment runs through Stripe, and the receipt arrives from them. The same section then shows your active plan with seats used against seats purchased, and its "manage billing" link opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can update the card, view invoices, and make changes without emailing anyone.

If a renewal payment fails, the plan goes past due rather than shutting off: your seat limit holds steady and your staff keep training while you fix the card in the billing portal. What a full organization looks like day to day is covered in seats and limits.
