Quizzes and the final exam

Every chapter ends with a five-question quiz, and the course ends with a twenty-question final exam. Both use the same passing mark: 80%. On a quiz that's four of five; on the final exam it's sixteen of twenty.

The quiz unlocks once you've watched the chapter's video, and each question is multiple choice with four options. Submitting shows your score immediately. A pass unlocks the next chapter on the spot; a miss shows you which questions you got right and wrong so you know what to review, and the retake button is right there. There is no limit on retakes and no penalty for using them — the goal is that you know the material, not that you knew it on the first try.

The final exam opens when every chapter quiz is passed. Its twenty questions are drawn directly from the chapter quizzes, so everything on it is something you've already answered correctly at least once. You'll answer all twenty before submitting, and your result page shows the score and a question-by-question review. Retakes are unlimited here too, and your best score is the one that counts — it's what appears on your certificate and in your organization's records.

Passing the final exam issues your certificate immediately. If you're part of an organization, your admin's dashboard and audit export update at the same moment, with nothing else for you to do.
