Your certificate
Your Certificate of Completion is issued the moment you pass the final exam — there's no waiting period and nothing to request. It records your name, the date you passed, your best exam score, and a unique certificate number.
You can open it any time from your dashboard once you've passed. The certificate page shows it in the browser, and the download button produces a PDF formatted for letter-size paper in landscape, which prints cleanly if your workplace wants a physical copy on file.
The certificate number is a long unique identifier, and it's the thing to quote if anyone needs to confirm your training. If you completed the course through your employer, your organization's admins can see your completion on their dashboard, and their audit export includes your certificate number and the date it was issued — that export is usually what a reviewer or licensor actually asks for. More on that in verifying a certificate.
A certificate is issued once and stays yours. Passing the exam again with a better score updates your best score but never creates a duplicate, and if you were trained through an employer and later leave, your account and certificate remain intact — training records outlive employment.
