Watching the videos
Each chapter page has its video at the top, and the course counts a video as watched when it plays through to the end. That's what unlocks the chapter's quiz, so let it finish rather than scrubbing to the last second and closing the tab early.
A few controls worth knowing about:
Subtitles. Every chapter has English subtitles. Turn them on with the captions (CC) button in the player — they're off by default.
Playback speed. Below the player you'll find speed options from 1× up to 2×. Your choice is remembered on this device, so if you settle in at 1.5× you'll stay there for the rest of the course. Watching at a faster speed still counts fully — the quiz is what verifies you took it in.
Transcript. The full narration is on the same page, scene by scene, in the Transcript panel below the video. It's always available, whatever your organization's replay policy says, so you can search it or read along while you watch.
Re-watching. If you're an individual learner, you can replay any completed video whenever you like. If you belong to an organization, your admin decides whether completed videos can be re-watched — some organizations turn replays off. When that's the case, the chapter page says so plainly, and the transcript stays available either way. Quiz and exam retakes are never affected by this setting.
If a video won't load or play, the video playback article covers the usual causes.
