Create your organization
An organization is how you train a whole staff: everyone works through the same course individually, and you see all of their progress in one place.
To create one, open Settings → Organization while signed in and give your organization a name — a practice name like "Lakeside Dental" is typical. That single step creates the organization, makes you its admin, and generates your invite link. If you arrived through the "for teams" page, registration brings you to this screen automatically.
Once the organization exists, the same settings page becomes your control panel. It holds your invite link, the member list with each person's progress, the audit export, the replay policy, billing and seats when a team plan is active, and the single sign-on and provisioning connections if your workplace runs an identity provider.
Two details worth knowing up front. Creating an organization doesn't interrupt your own training — you're a learner like everyone else, with your own progress and your own certificate, and a sensible first move is to start chapter 1 yourself while your staff trickle in. And each learner can belong to only one organization: someone already in another organization won't be moved by your invite link, which protects everyone from accidental hijacking.
