Invite your staff
Your organization has a single invite link, shown under Settings → Organization. Share it however you already reach your staff — a message, a printed onboarding sheet, a note in your scheduling system — and everyone who opens it joins your organization.
What an invitee experiences: opening the link takes them to registration (or straight through if they're already signed in without an organization). After they create their account, they're added to your organization, enrolled in the course, and landed directly on chapter 1 with a note that they've joined you. No codes to type and nothing for you to approve.
A few behaviors that protect you:
- Someone who already belongs to a different organization isn't moved. The link quietly declines and tells them why, so a stray forward can't poach or absorb anyone.
- If your organization has a seat limit and every seat is taken, the link stops admitting people and tells them to ask you about adding seats. See seats and limits.
- The link works indefinitely — until you replace it.
If the link escapes somewhere you didn't intend, use "Generate a new link" on the same page. That revokes the old link immediately; anyone holding it gets nothing, and you share the fresh one only where you mean to.
If your workplace runs Okta, Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, or an HR platform that speaks SCIM, you may not need the invite link at all — single sign-on and automatic provisioning can add and remove people for you.
